Audi Cup

The Audi Cup is an invitation tournament that takes place during the summer break shortly before the start of the Bundesliga season in years without World or European Championship and is organized by Audi AG. The home team FC Munich Bavaria, in which Audi owns shares, have always been a regular participant. There are also three other clubs: in its first releases, it was AC Milan, which in 2007 entered into a sponsorship agreement with Audi, a club from the European and and one from the South American leagues. Since 2015, the participants consist of one representative from each of the four most famous European leagues.
